Kay was born in Tallahassee, Florida and had lived in Blountstown for the past fifteen years. She earned a Master's degree from Florida A & M University. Kay was a social worker for Department of Children and Family Services in Gadsden County for several years. Preceding her in death was a twin sister, Karen O'Neal.Survivors include her husband, Michael Davis of Blountstown; her parents, John Thomas and Bethany (Clark) O'Neal; a brother, Shawn O'Neal and his wife, Nicole of Tallahassee; her grandmother, Helen Clark of Valdosta, GA; two nephews, Seth and Jonathan; aunts, uncles, and other extended family.The family will receive friends from 1:00 (CT) until service time at 3:00 p.m. (CT), Saturday, December 29, 2012 in the Chapel at Adams Funeral Home.
