GREENSBORO Katie Johnson, age 94, of Greensboro, died Sept. 12, 2009, at Colonial Haven Care & Rehab in Greensboro. Services will be 12 noon Thursday at St. Matthew AME Church with Rev. J.C. Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Sarah Christian Cemetery with Washington & Paige Mortuary directing. Visitation will be today from 12 noon to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church.
