Elberton - Miss Kathy Smith, 54, of Elberton, died Thursday, November 27, 2008. Services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Forest Hills Memorial Park. Survivors include her parents, Marvin and Kathryn Smith of Elberton; brother, Michael (Debra) Smith of Iva, S.C.; sister, Andrea Marie Smith of Summersville, S.C.; nieces and nephews.
