<!-- FH = SereniCare Of St. George --><!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Kathy Jo Hafen JohnsonSt. GeorgeOur angel Kathy Jo Eagar Hafen Johnson passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a valiant fight with flu complications on January 5th, 2014.Kathy is survived by her loving husband Trask, her daughters Kaitlynn (20), Savannah (17), Lacie (16), and Brooklynn (8), her son Levi (10), her step-children Ashlie (Jeff) Davenport, Jaden (Katelyn) Johnson, Korilyn Johnson, and Dayne Johnson, father Michael (Mary Jane) Eagar, mother Janet (Wayne) Harris, her brothers Tom (Pylie) Eagar, Clinton (Tasha) Eagar, and Brandon (Brittany) Eagar, her sister Kimberly (Kevin) Moss, her grandfather Kay (Ann) Cannon, her late grandmother Helen Cannon, and Walter and Jessie Eagar.Kathy was very crafty, loved photography, to decorate her home, and play the piano. She was a great cook, always giving to others, and the life of the party. She loved doing fun things with her children and husband.Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 9, 2014 in the Stonehedge Ward (1295 S. 3000 E.) St. George, Utah.
