SMITH, KathleenMrs. Kathleen "Kay" Smith, late of Abbotsford, BC, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 15, 2012 at the age of 76 at Sherwood Crescent Manor, Abbotsford, BC. She is survived by 2 daughters: Kelli (Ian) Holloway and Tracie (Don) Smith; 4 grandchildren: Meredith (Steve), Keith (Kim), Jaclyn (Brett), and Cassandra (Matt); and 2 great-grandchildren: Grady and Hadley. She was predeceased by her husband, Stan in 1992. A Celebration of Kay's Life will be held on Friday, March 23, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Lehman Community Hall, 6418 Mt. Lehman Road, Abbotsford, BC. The family wishes to thank the staff at Sherwood Crescent Manor for their care of Mom over her time there. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canuck Place Children's Hospice.
