Obituary of Kathleen-P. Harris


Kathleen P. Harris LANDRUM, SC-- Kathleen Sally Pritchard Harris, 89, of Landrum, passed away November 10, 2013 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Carrie Tillison Pritchard and widow of Clyde Harris. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and was retired from South Carolina Elastic. She is survived by her sons, Jackie Harris (Mary Lou), Steve Harris (Kathy) and Bobby Harris (Cindy); a daughter, Genelle Burdette (Joe Harrison) and daughter in law, Linda Harris; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Gary Harris and a grandson, Kevin Burdette. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Monday, November 11, 2013 at Petty Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Petty Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. John Fortner. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Southside Baptist Church, 445 Sunset Road, Landrum, SC 29356. The family would like to extend special thanks to Piedmont Hospice for their loving care.
