BREGMAN, Kathleen (Kathy) Mary Anne (nee Burford) In loving memory of Kathleen (Kathy) Mary Anne Bregman (nee Burford), 57 years of Sudbury, who passed away Wednesday, October 26th, 2005. Loving daughter of the late Robert (Bob) and Ivy Burford, both predeceased; cherished daughter-in-law of Pieter and Moffitt Bregman, both predeceased. Beloved wife, friend and partner to Pieter Bregman for 34 years. Cherished mother to Kenneth, wife Sandra of Sudbury and their much loved family, Ian, Meagan (fiancé Shane Korri), and Hayleigh Grace, the special joy of Kathy's life. Dear sister to Robert Leslie Burford (wife Johanne) of Lively and lovingly remembered by nephews Brian and Sean. Kathy committed herself to her family and friends, her church and to the community as a dedicated volunteer. Kathy made sure family gatherings were memorable. Her handiwork as a quilt maker and gifted needlepoint and cross stitch artist will be treasured for ever. Kathy was a founding member of, and a facilitator for, the Sudbury and District Circle of Strength Breast Cancer Support Group. A lifelong Anglican, strong and supporting of her faith, Kathy will be buried from the Church of The Epiphany, 85 Larch St., Sudbury, where she was baptised, confirmed and married, with interment in the Church Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends at the Church of The Epiphany in the Algoma Room from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. The funeral service will take place in the Church of The Epiphany at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 31st, 2005. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Church of The Epiphany Memorial Fund or the Sudbury and District Circle of Strength Breast Cancer Support Group would be appreciated.
