Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Crestwood Cemetery for Mrs. Kathleen Lindsey Moore, 89, of Gadsden, who died Friday, April 18, 2014. Minister Ronald Bryant will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral is in charge of services.Mrs. Moore was born in Morgan County, Alabama. She was a Rosie The Riveter during World War II. She retired from food services at Gadsden State Junior College. She is loved by her family and friends and will be dearly missed.She is survived by daughter, Pat (Charles) Perry; son, Jerry (Teresa) Moore; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces nephews and friends.Pallbearers will be Blake Moore, Stephen Frost, Chris Perry, Kenny Hawsey, Alex Moore and Johnny Moore.Special thanks to Dr. Deborah Reiland, Alacare and the entire staff at Gadsden Health and Rehab.The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
