MACKENZIE, Kathleen Eileen (nee Lynn) - Age 83, passed away in Alliston on April 9, 2010 after a brief illness with cancer. Predeceased by her husband Angus MacKenzie in 1965. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law Lynn and Glen Potts, her son and daughter-in-law Craig and Kimberly MacKenzie and her grandchildren Skylar and Chase MacKenzie. As per Eileen's wishes, there will be no funeral service. She will be cremated and a private burial of her ashes will be on April 16th. A gathering of friends and family will be held at the Dr. FM Walker Seniors & Veterans Villa, 105 Dufferin St., Alliston on Saturday, April 17th from 2-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers and to honour the love of reading Eileen had throughout her life, donations in her memory can be made to New Tecumseth Public Library through W.
