RATCLIFFE, Kathleen (nee Clark) Passed away peacefully on Saturday August 9th at Central Park Lodge in Ottawa at the age of 90. Widow of Lt. Col. John W. Ratcliffe, survived by twin sister Alice Warbington of Bend Oregon, sister Dorothy Seymour of Larder Lake Ontario, and brother Edward of Kipling Saskatchewan. Predeceased by parents John T. and Martha Clark, brothers Walter, David, Fred, Herb, Kenneth and sister Margaret. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa on Friday August 22nd at 2:30 p.m. with a reception to follow.
