CARPENTER - Kathleen (nee Anderson), age 52, of Odessa Texas, formerly of Lindenhurst, on June 12th after a courageous battle with scleroderma. Beloved wife of David. Survived by son, Joseph Amaya; step-children, Aaron and Victoria Carpenter. Predeceased by son, Marine Cpl., Daniel Amaya and daughter, Lisa Amaya. Also survived by her mother, Carol Slyman; brothers, Steven and Michael Anderson; sisters, Lynn Snyder and Laura Anderson. Private funeral in Odessa.
