JOHNSON Katherine Thompson Johnson a resident of Jax., FL passed away July 6, 2012. She was a member of Lake Forest Church of Christ, Rev. Ryan Fredrick, Pastor. Survivors include: sons, James Johnson (Iola), Chicago, ILL., and Frank Johnson, Washington, DC; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grands ; 3 nieces, Rosalyn Desue (Howard), Maxine Green (Oliver) and Katherine Brown (Billy) ; 2 nephews, Bruce Johnson (Juanda) and Ulysses Johnson, Jr., all of Jax., FL, other relatives and many friends. Funeral Services will be held Monday at 12:00 Noon at her Church. The cortege will assemble at 3508 Dignan St. at 11:15 a.m. Mrs. Thompson will rest in the mortuary for visitation of friends on Sunday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and in the Church on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service.
