STYLES, KATHERINE R. "KITTY" – 104, of Spencer's Island, Cumberland County and formerly of Saint John, NB passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at South Cumberland Community Care Centre, Parrsboro. Born in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late George and Augusta (Cathline) Williams. She was a member of the Portland United Church in Saint John, where she was active with the U.C.W. As well, she was a former member of the Union Club in Saint John. She was a department manager at Scovil Brothers in Saint John and was employed with the Saint John Telegraph Journal and Evening Times Globe. She is survived by a daughter, Betty Gamblin (Donald Sr.), Spencer's Island; grandchildren, Donald (Cathy), Amherst, Kathy Bugden (Gary), Bedford; six grandchildren, Chris Bugden (Faith), Australia, Andrew Bugden, Halifax, Sarah Bugden, Lake Echo, Matthew Gamblin, Halifax, James Gamblin, Amherst, Rachel Gamblin, Amherst; a great-great granddaughter, Claire Katherine Bugden, Australia. She was predeceased by her former husband, Alfred E. Styles; daughter, Ruth Wilcox. Visitation 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday March 18, 2007 at the Advocate Baptist Church where funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., Rev. Donald Hirtle officiating. Burial in Fernhill Cemetery, Saint John at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Chignecto Manor, P.O. Box 63, Advocate Harbour, NS, B0M 1A0 or to Advocate United-Baptist Church, P.O.
