Katherine (Kitty) Johnson - METTER - Katherine (Kitty) Johnson 78 died Friday November 12, 2010 at the Candler County Hospital. The native of Bacon County lived several years in Florida before moving to the Metter area in 1982. Kitty was a member of the Lake Primitive Baptist Church, an avid reader, loved her animals and was known for her sense of humor. Survivors: husband, Cecil B. Johnson, 2 sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 3:00 Sunday with visitation to begin at 1:00 in the chapel. Remembrances: Metter Animal Haven, P.O.
