JOHNSON, Katherine On February 12, 2011 Katherine Johnson passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She is survived by her loving daughter Marion Morel, four grandchildren Aniquea Thorowsky, Charity Cole, Joeline Stangness, and Clancy Morel. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her sister Cecilia Slone and her nephew William Slone. She was predeceased by her parents Harry and Anastasia Cheredark, her siblings William, George, John, Marion, and one infant granddaughter Whitney Morel. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 18, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 11030 - 19 Avenue, Edmonton with Terry Attick officiating.
