JOHNSON, KATHERINE CAROLYN, 80, of Jeffersontown, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012. She was a bookkeeper for Pepsi Cola Co., and a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son, Ray Johnson. Survivors include her husband, Charles Johnson; two sons, Richard Johnson (Sally) and Robin Johnson (Kim); one brother, Leroy Bishop; one sister, Brenda Miracle; one grandchild, Whitney Frantz; and two great-grandchildren, Zachary and Jacob Frantz. Funeral services will be Saturday, 10:30 a.m. at Foreman's, 10600 Taylorsville Rd., Jeffersontown, with burial in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2-7 p.m. The family extends a special thanks and appreciation to the Caretakers at Good Samaritan and the Hosparus team for their care and concern for Carolyn and her family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Hosparus.
