Karen Sue Adams, 60, of St. Augustine, Fla., died peacefully Feb. 18, 2014, at her home. She was born in Bridgeport, Conn. She worked at the former St. Augustine General Hospital as an operating room technician.She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Jack Adams; daughters Kelli Sue and Kimberly Ann Adams; sister Deborah Bartram; and brother Mark Bartram.Craig Funeral Home Crematory Memorial Park is in charge of the arrangements.
