KNOX, KATHLEEN COOPER, 86, of Absher Road, St. Cloud, Florida passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2003 at St. Cloud Hospital. Born on August 30, 1916 and raised in Rutland, Vermont she was the daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Morgan Ashley. Mrs. Knox moved to Central Florida in 1970 from Little Rock AFB in Jacksonville, Arkansas following her husband's military retirement. She was a proud military wife and had belonged to the Officer's Wives Clubs at many military facilities. Her life revolved around her late husband, Retired Lt. Colonel Robert B. Knox and she had enjoyed being an officer's wife and hosting the duties that accompanied it. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Kissimmee and was also a member of the Mayflower Society. Mrs. Knox is survived by her son, Morgan J. Knox of St. Cloud; nephews, Morgan and Ashley Kraan of Jacksonville and O. Jennings Knox, III of Tallahassee. Memorial services will be 2PM, Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at St. John's Episcopal Church.
