Karen M. Lee, 60, passed away peacefully, yet unexpectedly in her home October 29, 2010. She was born to Arnold and Lila Lee March 30, 1950, in Calais, Maine. Her committal service will take place in Calais, Maine, at a later date. Karen was a registered nurse, where she retired September 11th, 2010, from Halifax Hospital. Ms. Lee was educated in Maine, and extended her studies in Florida. She was known to be a very compassionate and friendly person to all. Karen loved animals, especially horses. She also loved spending time with her family and friends.
