She is survived by her loving husband, Howard Gene Smith; step-daughter, Meredith Smith, loving companion JoJo all of Adamsville; parents Joseph and Jacquelyn Blevins; brother Joseph Blevins; sister, Debra Manning (Robert) all of Fort Payne and a host of relatives and friends.
