DAVIS - June (Sposa) died Sunday, April 18, 2004 after a long illness in Sarasota, FL. Born in Cresskill, NJ the daughter of the late August Sposa Sr. and the late Cornelia Sposa. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Joseph Davis; daughters, Patricia Albano of Jonas, PA and Susan DiMeo of Sarasota, FL; and son, Joseph Davis of Litchfield, NH; and three grandchildren. She also leaves behind brothers August Sposa of Norwood, NJ, William Sposa of Palm Coast, FL, Robert Sposa of Easton, MD and a sister, Patricia Press of Colorado Springs, CO. In addition she is survived by her uncle William Sposa; aunts Christine Cardinali and Edna Kelly; eleven nieces and nephews and many friends. June was a loving, caring person respected by all who knew her. She was a resident of Norwood, NJ for over 65 years and very active in the Immaculate Conception Church as a Eucharistic Minister. Visitation will be held at Moritz Funeral Home in Closter, NJ on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass will be held on Friday at 11 AM at Immaculate Conception Church in Norwood, NJ. Interment will be at Garden of Memories, Paramus, NJ.
