BELL, Julia Marie (Armstrong) (nee Smith) August 01, 1921 - October 21, 2014 Julia passed away peacefully in her sleep after a short stay in the Campbell River Hospital. She is predeceased by her husband Milton Armstrong, her son Steven Armstrong and her late life husband Bob Bell. She will be sadly missed by her children Charlotte (Allen), Jenny, Diana (Tommy) as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Julia was born and raised on Cortes Island where she met her future husband and father of her children. They moved to Quathiaski Cove where they put down their roots and raised a family. Julia's passions in life were her family, painting, gardening and travel. She will always be remembered for being an independent woman.
