December 18, 2006 Judy Smith passed away on Dec. 18, 2006, after a fall in her home in Dania Beach, Florida. Former owner of the Blarney Stone Inn on Avery Ave., Syracuse. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Smith and formerly married to the late Raymond Fogarty. Loving mother of Barbara Fogarty Popolizio and Ronald Fogarty. Fun-loving nana to Tim, Molly, Kristin, Caroline and Ryan. Memorial service will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 20, at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Camillus.
