She was born in Waverly, N.Y. on June 14, 1946, the daughter of Frank Donald Kroplin and Maude E. Kessler.Judy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Stacey and Aaron Riegel, Owego; son, Roger Martin, Owego; two grandsons, Nicholas and Zachary Riegel; mother, Betty Kroplin, Spencer; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Connie and Tom Haynes, White, Ga., Patricia and Gregory Carman, Enfield, Barbara and Lawrence Siany, Ithaca; brother, Frank Kroplin Jr., Spencer; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Judy was predeceased by her father, Frank Kroplin.Judy was a rural postal carrier for the Ithaca Post Office.A memorial service will be Thursday, November 20, 2003, at 2 p.m. at the Allen-Manzer Funeral Home in Spencer with Rev. Gary A. Stoughton officiating. Inurnment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Spencer, N.Y.
