LAKELAND -- Mrs. Judy Shiree Carter of Lakeland died of cancer Friday (May 6, 2005). She was 46.She was born in Charleston, W. Va., on Sept. 12, 1958. She was a certified nursing assistant for the Oakbridge nursing home.Mrs. Carter is survived by her son, Ryan Carter, Lakeland; daughter, Crystal R. Carter, Lakeland; mother, Mary Lynch, Lakeland; brothers, Craig Carter, Saint Albans, W. Va., Derrick Carter, Peru, Ill., Kevin Carter, Atlanta, Chet Lynch, Columbus, Ohio; sisters, Danielle Campbell, Marion, Ohio, Katherine Dyess, Charleston, W. Va., Kell Lynch, Lakeland, Crystal Carter, Alexandria, Va.; stepmother, Emma Jean Carter, Alexandria; five grandchildren. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gause Funeral Home, 625 S. Holland Parkway, Bartow. Services will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
