Joyce Ann Wilson, 51, Inverness, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2008, at her residence. A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20, 2008, at 4:00 P.M. at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Kell from Cornerstone Baptist Church officiating. Joyce was born on January 26, 1957, in Franklin, Indiana, to Max and Maryalice (Martin) Rainey and came to this area in 2001 from there. She enjoyed several venues of employment, as a certified nurse's aide at Masonic Hospital in Franklin for 12 years, as well as a material handler for Mitsubishi Climate Control for 5 years. Locally, she was employed as a counter manager at Quality Cleaners. She enjoyed crafts, computer games, outdoor activities and her cats. She especially liked spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Anthony W. Wilson, Inverness, one son, Brian Wilson, Inverness, one daughter, Amy Wilson Rowand and husband Patrick, Inverness, her mother, Maryalice Rainey, Franklin, IN, and her brother, Dennis Rainey, Franklin, IN. She was preceded in death by her father, Max Rainey in 1998. If family and friends so desire, donations will be gratefully accepted by the family toward funeral expenses in lieu of flowers.
