THOMPSON, Joyce Bernice(nee Dermott)Joyce passed away March 10, 2014 at the age of 81 years.She is survived by her son Rory (Ann); daughter Laura; grandchildren Greg (Lindsay) and Leah (Benson); great- grandson Cole; brother Con (Gail); sister- in-law Lona; brother-in-law Brian and numerous nieces and nephews.Joyce found her passion working and teaching at the Devon Pottery Guild for 30 years where she formed many friendships. She is predeceased by her husband Bud; son Charlie; sister Joan; brother George; brothers and sisters-in-law Jean, Mary (Bill), Johnny and nephew Tom. Following Joyce's wishes there will be no service held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute.
