Joyce (Hodgkin) Mitchell, 82, passed away on May 28, 2014. A resident of Syracuse, she retired from Upstate Medical University after many years of service. Survived by her children, Janet Jackson, Kathy Mitchell, Donald Mitchell; grandchildren, Sarah Jackson, Amber (Jackson) O'Sullivan; and her brother, Robert D. Hodgkin.
