Obituary of Joyce-Madeline Cox

JOSEPH, Joyce Madeline - 1935-2009 The family announces with deep sadness her passing on Tuesday, April 7th, 2009 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 73. Beloved wife of George Joseph. Loving mother to Blake (Ester), Valerie, Carol (Jim), Susan (Ted), Sharon (Frank) David, Tara (Mark). Dear daughter of the late William Cox and the late Blanche and dear grandmother to 17 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. She leaves behind her siblings: Harold, Jim, Bruce and Audrey Late Tom & Late Bud and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Joseph loved blueberry picking and cooking. She always enjoyed a game of cards and she found great pleasure while knitting socks and slippers for her grandchildren. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. A memorial service will be held in her honour on Saturday, April 11th, 2009 at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at STINSON FUNERAL HOME on Saturday, April 11th, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Pastor Darlene Hardy officiating.
