Obituary of Joyce Macdonald


MACDONALD Joyce Anna (Day), free at last to join her best friend and beloved "Judge Mac", Wm. Aloysius (Al) MacDonald on December 10, 2003. Joyce was born in Campbellton, N.B. on November 20, 1931, having lived in Cross Point, Que., Saint John, N.B., Toronto, Parry Sound and Brantford, Ont., before retiring to Victoria in 1991. Predeceased by parents, John and Dorothy (Pink) Day; sister, Pauline McGough and brother, Vaughan. She leaves to celebrate this joyous reunion: Cristie and Lee, Allan and husband, Christopher and Bill; grandchildren, Vanessa, Laura, Lisa, Lindsee and Jesse; brother, Harold and Juanita; niece, Margot; special friends, Kathy Kilshaw and Terri Poncelet, as well as other relatives and friends. As per Joyce's wishes, cremation followed with ashes strewn over the beautiful Strait of Juan de Fuca. "Till We Meet Again"
