1937-2014 FORT MYERS, Fla. - Joyce Louise Stewart, 76, of Fort Myers, Fla., passed away suddenly at her home Saturday, May 31, 2014. She worked as an administrative assistant in the insurance business. Joyce was born Aug. 16, 1937, in Gardiner, Maine, to the late Romeo Gilbert Cormier and Livinia Pushard Cormier. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 55 years, Morris B. "Ben" Stewart; her sonM Morris B. "Ben" Stewart II, and his wife, Carol, of Fort Lauderdale; her daughter, Kimberly Louise Kowalchuck, and her husband, David, of Enfield, Conn.; a sister, Geraldine Thibeault, of Gardiner; brother Rodney Cormier, of Menominee, Mich.; and three grandchildren, Morris Ben Stewart III, Morgan Blake Stewart and Alyssa Ann Stewart. Joyce loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed watching all types of sports including tennis, golf, football and most recently the Heat. She will be missed by many!
