WEST MILFORD &#8212; Services were held for Joyce Hughes, 81, of this township, who died on Sunday, September 28, 2014. Born in Passaic, Mrs. Hughes lived in Rutherford before moving to West Milford 12 years ago. She was a saleswoman at Rowe Manse, Clifton, before retiring. Services were Friday at the Richards Funeral Home, West Milford, followed by burial at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
