Survivors: Husband, Jerry Carter of Easley; and brothers, Hubert Higgins of Gray Court, and W.D. Higgins of Hodges. Predeceased: Brothers, E.L. Higgins and R.E. Higgins; and sisters, Daisy Thomas and Iola Pollard. Visitation: 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Gray Funeral Home. Service: 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel in Laurens. Interment: Hodges Cemetery.
