Funeral for Joyce Fay “Mama” Chandler Clark, 70, of Decatur will be Tuesday, July 12, 2005, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Greg Standridge officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Clark, who died Friday, July 8, 2005, at Decatur General Hospital, was born Jan. 14, 1935, in Ardmore, Ala., to Tollie Collins Chandler and Katie B. Baily Chandler. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. Her husband, James H. Clark, her parents, brother Alfred Wayne Chandler, and sister Mary Cathrine Hall preceded her in death. Survivors include five sons, Hoyt Clark and wife Kendra, Jimmy Clark, Tollie Clark, Darrell Clark, and Farrell Clark and wife Tracey, all of Decatur; one daughter, Tena Bolton and husband Joe, of Decatur; one sister, Lorrine Pirtle of Decatur; one brother, Gene Austin Chandler of Decatur; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Clark, Stuart Clark, Jason Clark, James Poss, Jonathon Poss, and Joshua Poss.
