DELTONA -- Joyce J. Davis, 67, of Bailey Avenue, a resident since 2000, died Friday at Hospice Care Center, Port Orange. Mrs. Davis, a homemaker, was born in Naugatuck, N.Y., and moved to this area from Pataskala, Ohio. She was a member of Newark Free Will Bible Baptist Church, Ohio. She enjoyed reading, traveling, quilting and crocheting. Mrs. Davis was also involved in community service. Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Johnny; four sons, Larry, Timothy and James "Fred," all of Pataskala, and John "Andy," Columbus, Ohio; her father, Fred Sizemore; a brother, Rether Johnson, Illinois; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Deltona Memorial, Orange City, is in charge.
