Obituary of Joyce Carter

CARTER, Joyce Ann, 74, of Tampa passed away on Friday, May 2, 2003. She is survived by her husband, Ernest Carter;son, David Carter, Brandon; two daughters, Cathy Painter, Martinsburg, W. Va. and Debbie Will iams, Hedgesville, W. Va.; and seven grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Garden Shelter of Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.
