DAVIS Josie Mae Davis, 69, of 2131 West 45th Street passed away August 16, 2002. Funeral Services will be held at her church, Zion Hope Baptist Church, 2803 W. Edgewood Ave., Rev. Parnell Raggins, Pastor, Bishop Ronnie Davis, officiating, on Saturday, August 24, 2002 at 1:00 PM. She was a faithful member of District 13 and also a member of the Pallbearers Lodge 58. She leaves to her demise, children, Michael Davis (Mildred), Janie Williams, Joan Williams and Joseph Williams and Bishop Ronnie Davis (Rosemary); sister, Mrs. Vera Oliver and a host of grandchildren, great grands and other relatives and friends among them Gussie McCall Hull and Queen Esther Wright. Viewing will be at the mortuary today from 5-8 PM and at the church, Saturday, from 10:30 AM until the hour of services. The cortege will assemble at her residence at 12:15 PM.
