PETERS, Josephine Phyllis Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday, October 22, 2004. Josephine Peters, in her 78th year. Dear mother of David (Darlene) Clarke, Paul (Laura) Clarke and Beth Peters. Sadly missed by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
