->Josephine Agnes Moore, age 79, of Dundee, NY died Sunday, October 17, 2010, at Avante Nursing Home in Iverness, FL. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday (Oct. 21) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday (Oct. 22) at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 312 Liberty Street, Penn Yan, NY, with Father Bob Ring officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Dundee. Memorial contributions may be made to Dundee Emergency Squad, 12 Union St., Dundee, NY 14837 or a charity of the donor's choice. Josephine was born February 26, 1931 in Tyrone, NY, the daughter of the late Ignacy and Josephine Tylka Dlugosh. She graduated from Dundee Central School in 1949. On July 26, 1952 in St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church, in Bradford, NY, she married Franklin A. Moore. A lifelong local resident she and her husband were winter residents of Florida since 1994. Mrs. Moore was a member of the former St. Andrews Roman Catholic Church, in Dundee. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she will be missed by her husband of 58 years, Franklin A. Moore at home; three sons, James F. (Nancy) Moore of Clifton Springs, NY, Robert J. (Shelly) Moore of Dundee, Charles A. (Beth) Moore of Columbia, SC; two daughters, Susan M. Glover of Lapel, IN, Sally J. Moore of Dundee; a brother, Thomas (Janice) Dlugosh of Palmyra, NY; a sister, Virginia Lott of Montour Falls, NY; five grandchildren, David, Blaine, Alysen, Daniel and Samantha; and several nieces and nephews.
