CARTER Joseph William (Bill) passed away in Surrey Memorial Hospital March 9, 2008 at the age of 94. He was born in Prairie Grove, Manitoba July 14, 1913 and served in the Second World War with Royal Canadian Field Artillery. He worked for 25 years with Dominion Bridge. Forever loved and remembered by son David and family, Joan, Deborah, Alyssah, Tracey, Ken and Mackenzie and daughter Wendy Terry and family, Rick, Leah, James, Daniel, Adam, Laura, Jeff and Neil. The family would like to thank the staff at Charles Barham Pavilion for all the wonderful care they gave to dad in the last 3-1/2 years.
