LOUGHRAN--Joseph Vincent. The Loughran family and numerous friends grieve for the death of Joseph Vincent Loughran of Brooklyn, NY. He died on July 25, 2008 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born on August 3, 1943 in the Bronx, New York and educated in New York City public schools. Before he retired, Joe was the Executive Director of the Intergroup Association of Alcoholics Anonymous of New York, where he had worked In various positions for more than fifteen years. He is survived by his wife, Ellen: his sisters Kathleen Mallen of Tampa, FL and Patricia Miller of Tacoma, WA. Viewing and burial services were private.
