Joseph H. Age 88, of Pine City, NY, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2004, at St. Joseph's Hospital. He is survived by his brother, Harold (Lillian) Reynolds; children, Joseph Reynolds, Jr., Sylvia Tomlinson, Pat Reynolds, James Reynolds, Mathew Reynolds, Raymond Swingle, Roger Swingle, Sheila Coleman, Sandra Griffith; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Joseph was predeceased by his wife, Pearl (Swingle) Reynolds; and son, Randy Swingle. Joseph was a United States Army Air Corp Veteran of World War II and retired from Hardinge Inc. after 35 years of service. He enjoyed doing carpentry work and kept a garden that was always "weed free". His daily routine included a stop at his favorite store, Shepherd's Food Market in Pine City. Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., on Sunday, March 14, 2004, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. with Funeral and Committal Service there Sunday at 3:00 p.m. The Reverend James Payne will officiate.
