Joseph M. Williams, age 61, entered into eternal life on April 24, 2015. Joseph was born and raised in Dorchester and has lived in Braintree for several years. Mr. Williams was a longtime employee of the Polaroid Corporation. Joseph was a guitarist who loved playing the blues. He shared his kind heart with everyone he met. Beloved father of Corey J. Williams of Brooklyn, N.Y. Dear brother of John P. Williams Jr of Alton, N.H., Catherine F. Connolly of East Bridgewater, Paul A. Williams of Braintree, Margaret Kelley of Weymouth, Patricia Costello of Plainville, Eileen L. Angeli of Bridgewater, Ann Marie Garibaldi of Hyde Park, the late Mary A. Scanlon and the late Richard Williams. Brother|in |law of Debbie Gwynn- Williams of Marshfield. He is survived by many nieces and nephews as well as many great-nieces and nephews and his beloved little buddy Rocco. Funeral from the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St., Weymouth on Thursday, April 30 at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass at the Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m. Burial in Saint Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury.
