SIMPSON Joseph Gary Simpson, 53, of Jacksonville passed away Monday, October 9, 2006. Joe was a native of Jacksonville and a veteran of the US Navy. He was a welder by trade. Survivors include: his partner, Elizabeth Davis; a daughter, Karen Simpson; 2 sons, Joseph Simpson, Jr. and Joey Simpson; 2 sisters, Patty (Wesley) Phillips and Ramona (John) Mastin; 3 brothers, Raymond (Nancy) Simpson, Jr., Clifford Simpson, and Rick (Carole) Simpson. Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday (TODAY) , October 11, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Restlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the cemetery 30 minutes prior to the service.
