FLANAGAN, Joseph C. 76, of Clearwater, passed away July 8, 2009. Joe was a patriot, U.S. Navy veteran and member of IBEW Local 3. His family includes, wife, Anita, together for 31 years; 4 sons, (1 deceased); 2 brothers; 1 sister and 5 grandchildren.
