WRENS, Ga. - Mr. Joseph Broadus Davis, 62, loving husband of 32 years to Ginger Peebles Davis and the son of the late John Broadus Davis and Marion McGahee Davis, entered into rest Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at University Hospital. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 26, 2008 at 4:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. John Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow at Walden UMC Cemetery. Mr. Davis was a native of Jefferson County. Mr. Davis was a member of Walden United Methodist Church and was retired of 29 years at J.M. Huber as a Process Technician. Survivors include his children, Chris (Rhonda) Davis and Kathy Davis; a brother, Randy Davis and two sisters, Betty (Bucky) Norton and Shelby (James) Shelton; three grandchildren, Rhyanna, Christy and Gavin. Pallbearers will be Nathan Norton, Derrick Davis, John Lloyd Davis, Dennis Davis, Daniel Roger, Charles McGahee, Guy McGahee and Edward Shelton. James Funeral Home, Wrens, Ga.
