WILLIAMS Jonnie Mae Williams, known as "RED", daughter of John W. and Rachel E. Gilmore, born June 6, 1941 in Jacksonville, Florida departed this life on February 17, 2005 in Shands Pavillion MICU after a lengthy stay and illness. She received her education in the private school of Boylan-Haven and public schools of Duval County. She is preceded in death by two of her children. "Red" opened her heart and home to many in need. She never forgot to say "I love you" to everyone. She is survived by her husband, Billy C. Williams; mother, Mrs. Rachael E. Gilmore; sons, James K. Cleveland, III (Lydia) and Michael L. Young (Vickie); sisters, Shirlene Austin (Eugene), Cynthia L. Young (Ronald), Pricilla J. Alexander (Jerry); brother, Milton Pinkney; grandchildren, great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, among them a devoted nephew, Trevor, cousins and other relatives and friends. - Chapel Services for Mrs. Williams will be held at Harris Mortuary, Saturday, Feb 26, 2005 at 11:00 a .m.
