JOHN "MIKE" WILLIAMS, 64Publix Bakery LAKELAND - John "Mike" Williams, 64, died April 19, 2010 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale due to respiratory failure. Mr. Williams was born November 24, 1945 in Lakeland and was a lifetime resident. He was the Bakery Plant Manager for Publix for 17 years and also the Bakery Manager for Disney for 8 years. Mr. Williams was a Barber for 15 years and enjoyed that very much. He was raised in the Methodist Church and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed running and bicycling. Mr. Williams is survived by sons Jeff Williams, Chris (Jaime) Williams; daughter Teri Sumner; mother Edith Williams; and grandchildren Kyah Williams, Jada Williams, Brooke Williams, Christopher Williams, Jr. and Sydni Sumner, all of Lakeland.
