BONAIRE, Ga. - John W. Arrington, 83, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2008. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Pastor Clyde Johns will officiate. Mr. Arrington was born in Jefferson County, Ga. to the late Monroe and Lillie Mae Taylor Arrington. He was a member of The Rain Church. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Arrington of Bonaire; children, Paul W. (Vickie) Arrington of Wrens, Max (Robin) Arrington of Matthews, Barry (Suzanne) Arrington of Thomson, Tim (Debbie) Jenkins of Warner Robins and Elaine (Kenneth) Lee of Noblesville, Ind.; siblings, Berry, Bud and Dan Arrington, Sara Wasden, Mildred Lee and Helen Odom; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
