John W. Corey 1949-2013 John W. Corey passed away on Monday, June 3, 2013 at his home in Somerville. He was born April 4, 1949 and was the son of the late J. Robert and E. Maude Corey. He was also predeceased by two brothers Gary Corey and Peter Corey. John is survived by his wife Carolyn (Montgomery) Corey of Somerville; children, Robert (Pam) Corey of Barrie, ON, Elizabeth (Jeff) Hoyt of Moncton, NB, Peter (Esther) Corey of Woods Harbour, NS; grandchildren, Jessica Corey, Luke Corey, Emily Hoyt, Alexis Hoyt, Olivia Hoyt, Landon Corey, Julia Corey, Jerica Corey; nephew Jason (Jen) Corey, Ann Arbor, MI. Resting at the Hartland Wesleyan Church , 115 Somerville Rd, Somerville, with visiting hours on Thursday, June 6th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 7th at 1 p.m from the church with Pastor Mel Norton officiating. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Hartland. If so desired donations can be made to World Hope Canada (please designate for Fish For Hope).
